How do I upload tax documents?

Additionally, you can check if your documents were uploaded by navigating to the "E-Signatures and Completed Tax Returns" tab. In this tab, you should see all of the uploads that were uploaded successfully per tax year.

How do I request a specific preparer when uploading documents to the portal?

To request a preparer when uploading documents, please write the name of the preparer you would like to request in the "Description" section. Our front staff monitors the descriptions with every upload and will assign your return accordingly.

How do I pay for the tax preparation fee?

You can pay your tax preparation fee right on our portal. Navigate to the "Pay My Tax Preparation Balance Due" page and select the "Pay Now" green-highlighted text.  From there, you can use Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit or Debit Card, or Bank information to pay your tax preparation fee.

Click on the document name highlighted in BLUE to open each PDF. Your documents will be password protected. 2) Once you have clicked on either "Client E-Sign Required" or "Spouse E-Sign Required", click on the blue hyperlinked text that says "Request PIN" in the top right of the electronic signature box. This will text and email you a PIN to the email and cell phone we have on file.

3) You must also select the checkbox at the top that acknowledges that you agree to electronically sign the documents.

4) Then enter your name, Social Security number with NO dashes, date of birth, ZIP code on the tax return, and PIN. Then click the "E-Sign Client" or "E-Sign Spouse" blue button located on the bottom.
